Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Account page. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to Pro features. When you downgrade, your Pro features remain until the end of your current billing period.
What counts as a "session"?
A session is a single WebSocket connection to the interview engine — typically one interview call or practice session. Closing the tab or disconnecting counts as ending the session. You can see your session count on the dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported on compatible devices.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first Pro payment for a full refund. Renewal charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
